REMOTE FITNESS PROGRAMING
#NoFilterFitness Remote Programing is for athletes who want the benefit of a personalized monthly fitness program delivered to them and monitored by one of our coaches. After purchasing the first month’s program Remote Programming Clients will receive an email requesting details about their experience, goals, and equipment access. You will complete a skills and capacity assessment. We will then craft and deliver a program based upon your abilities and goals that will provide you with up-to 16 sessions to be completed over the following 30-days. Your progress will be monitored weekly by a coach and your program will be adjusted based upon your performance.
